| DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE LIMITS Age requirement is 21 with at least one year of valid driving licence. HIRE PERIOD
Hire periods
are calculated on a 24 hour basis. Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometres, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance. Petrol and mandatory Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% are on customer's account. Vehicles are delivered with a full tank, and are expected to be returned back full. Otherwise, a service charge will be applied to refill. ONE WAY HireS One-way fees will apply regardless of the Hire length in the event of the vehicle is returned to a different location. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the Hire agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Icem's property as well as to third parties. An additional fee is charged for each driver on per day basis other than the original renter. DELAYED RETURN If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily Hire rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day Hire rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate . PAYMENT Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Visa , Eurocard , Master Card and Access at the time of Hire. TRAFFIC FINES Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the Hire period are charged to the renter. For fees and further details, contact with us IMPORTANT NOTES In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid.
